Dear Michael:

This letter is to thank you, Mitch and Bart for the fabulous work, you did on our remodel! We have been enjoying it very much since its completion.

We have received many compliments. We are very pleased with the quality of craftsmanship, attention to detail and dependability of your crew. As you know, this was our second major remodel and one of the big differences was the dependability of Mitch and Bart to be there every day. Additionally, it was a good feeling to be able to completely trust the workers in our home.

The addition has added amazing value to our home. The girls have had several gatherings and the door concept is working great! We are enjoying the pool table and appreciate your efforts in ensuring that the space would work for its intended purposes.

We are grateful for your energy in meeting the completion deadlines. I believe you did end up finishing before the deadlines and this was in spite of several unexpected personal crises. I saw that the REX awards were cancelled this year so perhaps it was not meant to be for this year, but as we discussed, you are welcome to come back and take pictures for next year’s awards.

We would still like to have you, Mitch and Bart over for a BBQ, to watch a sporting event or to shoot some pool so we will need to touch base as soon as is convenient for you guys.
